La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo est un pays aux ressources naturelles exceptionnellement riches, notamment dans les secteurs minier et p\u00e9trolier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices tir\u00e9s de l'exploitation de ces ressources naturelles font que les entreprises op\u00e9rant dans ces secteurs contribuent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au budget de l'\u00c9tat par le biais du paiement d'imp\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce aux accords, conventions et joint-ventures sign\u00e9s entre le gouvernement congolais et les entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res, le gouvernement congolais a accord\u00e9 des permis d'exploitation en \u00e9change de pr\u00eats pour des projets sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
